Getting Started

We offer classes starting as young as 6 months (Little Crawlers)) all the way through teens. Classes are grouped by age and skill level to ensure safe progression and fun.

Yes! We offer a free trial so your child can experience the gym before committing. Find your class in our online portal.  As long as the class has openings you may enroll on a trial basis at no charge.

You can register online through our website or in person at the front desk. Once registered, your child can start right away if space is available.

Pricing & Membership

Yes, we charge an annual membership fee. This helps cover administrative costs, and includes a Texas Excel t-shirt and member perks.

We auto-bill monthly to reserve your child’s spot in class. This ensures consistent progress and guarantees your time slot.

Tuition and billing schedule – Tuition will post to your account on the 10th of each month with payment due on the 15th for the following month. Tuition is based on 12 months of training divided into 12 equal payments. Some months will have more or less sessions depending on holidays, total days in the month etc.

We request that you provide written notice 20 days prior to the beginning of the month in which you would like to cancel.  This advance notice allows us to stop auto billing and provides an opportunity for us to enroll another student in the class.

Classes & Progression

Placement is based on age, experience, and skill level. New students may start in a beginner class and be evaluated by coaches for advancement.

Progression is based on skill mastery, strength, and coach recommendation—not just age or time enrolled.

Every child progresses at a different pace. Some move up in a few months, others take longer depending on consistency and effort.

Safety & Credentials

Yes, our staff follows guidelines from USA Gymnastics, including SafeSport training and safety certifications.

Safety is our top priority. We use proper equipment, structured lesson plans, and maintain strict coach-to-student ratios.

Schedule & Attendance

We offer make-up classes for excused absences based on availability. A Makeup token will be issued to your account.  Makeup tokens can be redeemed for a similar type/skill level class within 30 days of issue.  There is a limit of 10 Makeup tokens per student per calendar year.

Yes, we close for major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Memorial Day. A full calendar is posted on our website

Yes, if space is available. Transfers can be made through our portal.  Contact us if you need assistance.

What to Bring

Girls: leotard (or athletic wear)
Boys: athletic shorts and t-shirt
No zippers, jeans, or jewelry for safety.

Nope—we provide all equipment. Just bring a water bottle.

Viewing & Parent Involvement

Yes! We have a designated viewing area so you can watch your child’s progress.

Absolutely, especially for younger kids. We just ask that parents avoid coaching from the sidelines so kids can focus.

Additional Programs

Yes! We host fun, structured birthday parties with gym time and staff supervision.

We offer seasonal camps, open gyms, and special events throughout the year.

Yes, we offer team opportunities for athletes who show interest and readiness. Evaluations are done by coaches.
