Little crawlers

The child, along with a parent or guardian, explores the world of gymnastics together as this class stresses major motor coordination activities, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, socialized group activities, exploration, and individual development through a system of selected gymnastics and related activities. This is a special class specifically for those little ones who are on the move and crawling. The parent/guardian is also taught how to spot and help their child progress under the supervision and instruction of a trained coach. (Student/teacher ratio 8:1) Parent and tot class:

Jump for joy

Pre-School (Ages 3-4)

This class stresses major motor coordination activities, spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, socialized group activities, exploration, and individual development through a system of selected gymnastics and related activities. All equipment is scaled down to meet the size and developmental needs for this age group.  Students must be potty trained. A higher level of skills and drills are emphasized in this class to get your child ready to enter “Big Kid” gymnastics in the next age group.

Beginner Gymnastics

This class program is designed to build progressive gymnastics skills. The focus on this class includes developing flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness using gymnastics skills. Beginning level instruction on vault, bars, beam, and floor. No previous experience required.

Intermediate Gymnastics

This class program is designed to build progressive gymnastics skills and builds upon the foundation created in the beginner class. The focus on this class includes developing flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness using gymnastics skills. Intermediate level instruction on vault, bars, beam and floor. Contact us to speak with a coach for questions about class fit. Students in this class should have their back walkover.

Advanced Gymnastics

The ADVANCED group is based on individual progression. This group is for gymnasts who show quick progression, but are not interested in competitive gymnastics.

Homeschool gymnastics

This class program is designed to build progressive gymnastics skills. The focus on this class includes developing flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness using gymnastics skills. Beginning and Intermediate level instruction on vault, bars, beam, and floor. No previous experience required.

Competitive Gymnastics

Pre Team / Shining Stars

The Shining Stars train and prepare for competition through the USAG Women’s Development Program.  Placement in Shining Stars is at the coach’s discretion after an initial skill assessment. Gymnasts work on all four events (vault, bars, beam, and floor).

USAG Women’s Development Program

Placement onto the team is at coach’s discretion after initial skills assessment. Gymnasts work on all four events (vault, bars, beam, and floor) and will be registered to compete in USAG sanctioned meets.

USAG XCel Program

Placement onto the team is at coach’s discretion after initial skills assessment. Gymnasts work on all four events (vault, bars, beam, and floor) and will be registered to compete in USAG sanctioned meets.

Beginner Tumbling

Beginner Tumbling is for athletes who cannot yet perform a back walkover unassisted. This beginner class focuses on all aspects of gymnastics tumbling. Students will experience fun drills and exercises that incorporate the Tumble Track, Rod floor and the Spring Floor. Students are evaluated and their skills are introduced and managed by their instructors.

Intermediate tumbling:

Intermediate Tumbling is for athletes who can perform a back walkover unassisted. This class focuses on all aspects of gymnastics tumbling. Students will experience fun drills and exercises that incorporate the Tumble Track, Rod floor, the Spring Floor and trampoline. Students are evaluated and their skills are introduced and managed by their instructors.

Advanced Tumbling

Advanced Tumbling is for athletes that HAVE their back handspring without assistance. This class works on MASTERING the front and back handspring, and connecting tumbling skills (ex. round-off back handspring). Depending on individual student ability layouts, front and back fulls, and connected tumbling passes will also be covered.
